- Role OverviewYou will own end-to-end production execution — from order allocation to dispatch readiness — ensuring:On-time shipment adherence
- Controlled rejection levels
- Optimal manpower utilization
- Zero production delays due to planning gaps

This is a leadership role requiring daily floor presence and system-driven monitoring.
- Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Planning &
- ControlPrepare weekly & monthly production plans based on confirmed POs
- Allocate orders across production groups based on capacity
- Generate and monitor job cards
- Track daily production vs targets and resolve bottlenecks proactively
- Factory Floor ManagementSupervise cutting, skiving, stitching, embossing, and edge inking departments




- Monitor efficiency and improve line productivity
- Control rework and wastage
- Ensure discipline and workflow adherence
- Material &
- Inventory CoordinationCoordinate with merchandisers and procurement for material readiness
- Ensure raw materials are available before assigning production
- Prevent delays due to shortages or mis-planning
- Quality &
- ComplianceEnsure strict inline and final QC compliance
- Monitor rejection percentage and implement corrective actions
- Maintain inspection reports and production documentation
