Job Overview:
We are currently seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our ground staff team at the Pune airport. As a member of the ground staff, you will be responsible for assisting passengers and ensuring a safe and comfortable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas
Handle inquiries and provide information to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other airport services
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during boarding and deplaning
Conduct security screenings and follow all safety protocols
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with other airport staff and departments to ensure a smooth operation




Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset, but not required

Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and advantages package. The working hours will be based on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays. The selected candidate will be required to undergo a background check and pass a security clearance.
