Position: Airport Ground Staff - Ticketing

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff - Ticketing. As a member of our ticketing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely processing of airline tickets for our passengers. This is a full time position, with the chance for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Process airline tickets for passengers, including issuing, changing, and cancelling tickets
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist passengers with flight reservations, changes, and other inquiries
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all passengers




Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and handle any issues that may arise
Keep updated on airline policies and procedures to provide accurate information to passengers
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the airline industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Proficiency in computer systems and ticketing software
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
