The team operates on-site across India to build high-visibility talent programs that attract creative, digital and marketing professionals.

Primary Title: HR ( Digital Marketing Background)

Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and creative roles: source, screen, interview and close high-fit candidates across India.
Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram and paid channels to build a talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire.
Has relevant experience in hiring for a Digital Marketing Agency or a firm.
Manage ATS workflows and candidate experience—ensure consistent communication, interview feedback loops and offer negotiation support.
Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles,



hiring scorecards and structured interview guides to improve selection quality.
Track hiring metrics and run weekly hiring reviews; optimise channels and budgets using data-driven insights.
