Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff – Front Desk Role. This full-time position will be responsible for assisting passengers at the airport and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at the airport, answering any questions and providing information about flight schedules, baggage policies, and other airport services
Check-in passengers and their baggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
Assist with boarding procedures and handle any special requests or accommodations for passengers
Monitor and manage flight schedules, ensuring timely departures and arrivals




Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and effective manner
Collaborate with other airport staff, including security and ground crew, to ensure a smooth and secure airport operation
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including stocking necessary supplies and materials
Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations at the airport

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of local languages and customs is a plus
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance
