Responsibilities
Greet and welcome passengers as they enter the airport
Provide accurate and timely information to passengers regarding flight schedules, gate changes, baggage claim, and other airport services
Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures
Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain a clean and organized information desk area
Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Stay updated on airport policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to passengers




Respond to emergency situations and follow proper protocols
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Knowledge of airport operations and services is a plus
Must be able to work versatile schedule, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus
