Job Description:
JD: Branch Head
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve branch sales and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the branch team.
Develop recent business and maintain key customer relationships.
Ensure smooth branch operations and compliance with company policies.
Monitor collections, inventory, and overall branch performance.
Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with management.
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 6–9 years in Branch Management/Sales, preferably in the Electrical, Switchgear, or Industrial Products industry.
