About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition & Operations Intern to join our growing consulting team. This role is ideal for candidate eager to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations, backend support, and process management within a fast-paced consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, reports, and dashboards.
Assist with backend operational activities to ensure smooth hiring processes.
Leverage Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for reporting and presentations.
Use tools like ChatGPT to draft communication, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless operational support.
Handle day-to-day administrative tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
Who We’re Looking For
Solid communication skills (written & verbal).
Hunger to learn, adapt, and take ownership of tasks.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is a must.
Good knowledge of ChatGPT/AI tools for operational efficiency.
Available to work 6 days a week from office.
Open to candidates from any degree background.
