- About the Role

- Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Production Chemist to support our manufacturing operations and
- product development activities. The role involves production planning, batch execution,

- manufacturing documentation, GMP compliance, formulation development, and coordination with
- management to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

- Key Responsibilities
- • Execute manufacturing activities as per approved procedures and batch records.

- • Identify manufacturing challenges and recommend process improvements.

- • Develop and refine Ayurvedic formulations for tablets, capsules, syrups, oils, ointments, and
- other dosage forms.

- • Assist in formulation development based on customer requirements and active ingredients.

- • Select suitable excipients, binders, preservatives, and supporting ingredients to ensure
- product stability, manufacturability, and shelf life.

- • Conduct trial batches and support scale-up activities for new products.





- • Work closely with management during current product development and contract
- manufacturing projects.

- • Maintain batch manufacturing records and related documentation.

- • Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

- • Monitor production processes and maintain production logs.

- • Coordinate with stores for raw material and packing material availability.

- • Support production planning and scheduling.

- • Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and operational efficiency within manufacturing areas.

- • Assist during audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.

- Requirements

- Qualifications
- • B.Pharm Ayurveda (Preferred)

- • BAMS

- • B.Pharm

- Experience
- • Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic manufacturing.

- • Experience in Ayurvedic manufacturing will be preferred.

- • Experience in formulation development will be an added advantage
