Product - Master Data Management (MDM) Lead

Key Responsibilities:

- Own endtoend Product Master Data lifecycle including creation, enrichment, change, and retirement

- Lead Product MDM run operations, SLAs, KPIs, and backlog prioritization

- Drive Product MDM enhancements, tooling improvements, and documentation updates

- Establish and operationalize Product MDM governance, stewardship, and workflows

- Ensure compliance with ITC, COO, HS/HTC, ECCN and regulatory requirements

- Partner with CPQ, eCommerce, SAP, and MDM platform teams to maintain canonical product models

- Build and mentor Product MDM COE resources and coordinate MSP delivery

- Drive data quality dashboards and continuous improvement initiatives

Basic QualificationsRequired Qualifications & Experience





- 6-10 years experience in Product MDM / Data Governance

- Experience with SAP Material Master, CPQ, and enterprise MDM tools (EBX preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management and process design capability

- Experience leading run enhancement teams

Preferred Characteristics

- Deep functional and technical understanding of MDM for large & complex organization

- Effective stakeholder and vendor management

- Continuous improvement mindset and strong sense of ownership.

- Along with managing day-to-day operational needs, be able to improve short-to-long term

- Solid communicator who can simplify complex technical topics for business audiences and lead discussions across functions.
