Must be enrolled in the Bar council specializing in handling IPR cases
File IPR cases in courts related to prosecution, opposition, litigation
Attend hearings in courts on behalf of the firms clients

Candidate profile:
LLM/LLB from a reputed college ​​​​​​​specializing in handling IPR cases
Enrolled in the Bar council

Good understanding of Legal research and analytical procedures.
Proactive learner, eager to learn new procedures and techniques.
