Java J2EE:
6 to 8 Years of Experience –
12+ Years of Experience – (Solution Architecting Experience is a must)
Excellent core Java skills
Solid experience in design and development of J2EE based applications including good know-how in JPA framework (e.g. Hibernate)
Robust experience in Java Server Faces and JSP
Should have sound knowledge of JMS/MQ messaging framework.
Working knowledge in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript
Should have positive knowledge of working with Web Services (REST, SOAP)
Should have good experience in configuring and working with Apache Tomcat, IBM WAS, preferably in Linux platform
Experience in designing databases such as Oracle / MS SQL
Should demonstrate analytical, technical and creative skills
Should be able to evaluate architectures and designs in the area of responsibility
Understands the business cases and is able to translate them into workable solution(s)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
