Designation : Junior QA Engineer

Location : Saket Delhi

Experience : 1to 2 years of experience in manual software testing.

Responsibilities

Test Planning and Execution :
Develop, maintain, and execute manual test plans and test cases.

Bug Reporting
Identify, document, and track software defects using issue tracking systems like Jira.
Familiarity with bug-tracking tools (e.g.,Clickup).

Collaboration
Work closely with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software meets specified requirements.

Analysis
Analyze test results, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.

Support
Assist in the setup and maintenance of testing settings.

Documentation
Create and maintain detailed documentation of test procedures and results.

Qualifications

Education




Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills
Familiarity with SQL and database management.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Desired Skills
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus.
Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with different types of testing (e.g., functional, regression, performance).
Learn and grow with exposure to Agile/Scrum
