Role of the Innovation Manager To drive the development of current product lines, materials, and digital processes by developing innovative concepts (motifs, material, techniques, settings, textures,) leveraging various manufacturing techniques, to ensure the brand remains competitive in a fast-paced luxury market.

To be the bridge between traditional craftsmanship and modern technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Trend Forecasting: Develop and execute a 24 months innovation roadmap. Research global jewellery trends, emerging materials and consumer buying triggers.
- Pipeline Management: Lead the end-to-end innovation process—from initial ideation and prototyping to pre-production samples.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design teams, CAD/CAM operators, and production managers to ensure new concepts are feasible, scalable, and cost-efficient.
- Digital Transformation: Drive adoption of advanced tools to create complex geometries impossible via traditional methods.
- Culture of Innovation: Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to foster a culture of creative problem-solving across departments.
- Performance Metrics: Acceptability by Category / DEC /Inhouse Teams and implementation in projects

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years in innovation management,



product development, or design leadership, preferably within jewellery.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in jewellery-specific design software such as Rhino CAD, Matrix Gold,
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Gemology, metallurgy (gold, silver, platinum), and Market trends
- Project Management: Expertise in agile methodologies or design thinking frameworks to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Education: B.E / B-Tech / Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Jewellery Design, Design Management, or a related field (e.g., NIFT or GIA certification).

Soft Skills

- Storytelling: Ability to translate technical innovations into compelling brand narratives for retail and marketing teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Balancing short-term "quick wins" with long-term radical shifts in the business model.
- Resilience: Persistence in the face of failed experiments, treating setbacks as data for future improvements.

Work Experience

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in jewellery-specific design software such as Rhino CAD, Matrix Gold,
