Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Officer role based in West Delhi.

The Procurement

Officer will manage end-to-end purchasing activities for medical devices, equipment, and related supplies, including sourcing vendors, requesting quotations, and preparing purchase orders. The role involves evaluating supplier proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and ensuring deliveries meet quality, documentation, and regulatory standards.

Officer will monitor inventory levels, track order status, resolve discrepancies with suppliers, and maintain accurate procurement records. Collaboration with internal teams such as biomedical engineering, quality, and finance will be essential to align procurement decisions with project requirements and cost-efficiency goals.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Procurement and Purchasing, with experience in medical devices or healthcare products preferred.
- Ability to manage Purchase Orders and related documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in Contract Negotiation, including reviewing terms, pricing, and service-level agreements with suppliers.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for evaluating bids, comparing vendor proposals, and optimizing cost and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures, tender processes, and compliance with international standards is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and basic ERP or procurement software tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Ability to work on-site in West Delhi and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
