Tactical Buyer Description About the Role We are looking for an experienced Procurement Buyer to manage end-to-end purchasing activities for our India region. You will work directly with global suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure materials are available on time for telecom infrastructure deployments.

What You'll Do Source and onboard suppliers for telecom equipment and accessories Negotiate pricing and contracts to drive cost savings Manage RFQs, POs, and delivery follow-ups via Oracle ERP Ensure compliance with Indian telecom regulations (WPC, EPR, MTCTE) Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams Requirements What We're Looking For 3–7 years of procurement experience in the Telecom sector Robust negotiation and vendor management skills Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP and MS Excel Knowledge of Indian telecom regulatory requirements Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field (MBA a plus) Experience Level Senior Level
