Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Associate to manage sourcing, purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory planning, and procurement operations for dental, healthcare, and medical products. The ideal candidate should ensure timely procurement, cost optimization, and uninterrupted product availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Source products from domestic and international suppliers.

- Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

- Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, dispatch, and documentation.

- Monitor inventory levels and plan replenishment to avoid stock shortages.

- Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and pricing information.

- Compare vendor quotations and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for inward stock verification.

- Track pending orders and follow up for timely deliveries.

- Manage import-related documentation and supplier communications when required.

- Prepare procurement reports and MIS updates.





- Support current vendor onboarding and supplier evaluations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

- 13 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Inventory Management.

- Freshers with strong analytical and communication skills may also apply.

- Good negotiation and vendor management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory Management software.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical procurement.

- Knowledge of inventory planning and supply chain operations.

- Understanding of import and logistics processes.

- Data analysis and reporting skills.
