Primary Responsibilities
To provide accurate estimates and BOQs as per design specifications.
To provide correct technical specifications in tender documents.
To compare estimated BOQs with actual executed BOQs and analyse deviations.
To build market knowledge, collect updates, and ensure effective information sharing.
Role Description (Key Responsibilities)
Prepare accurate estimates, BOQs, and technical specifications based on design portfolios within the stipulated clauses of the LOA.
Prepare accurate rate analyses.
Ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
