We’re looking for a MERN Stack Lead to drive end-to-end development of scalable web applications, manage a team of developers, and contribute to architectural decisions. The role demands hands-on coding expertise, leadership experience, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers.

· Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js , PHP , Laravel.

· Review code for quality, performance, and security.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, DevOps, Product Managers).

· Manage sprint planning, estimation, and delivery in an Agile setting.

· Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

· Manage applications on AWS / Azure / GCP.

· Ensure adherence to best practices - CI/CD,



Git workflows, and automated testing.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

· 8–10 years of qualified experience in software development.

· Minimum 5 years of experience working hands-on with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB, MySQL , PHP , Laravel .

· Robust understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.

· Experience in leading teams and handling code reviews.

· Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and architecture design.

· Knowledge of TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL is a plus.
