Role Description The Principal Architect role at CareerReactor is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

The Principal

Architect will be responsible for designing and leading the technical architecture of CareerReactor’s platforms and tools, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product, UX, and engineering teams, defining architectural standards and best practices, reviewing technical designs, and guiding integration between systems and services. The role involves overseeing complex projects, providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, and participating in strategic planning for new features and platform enhancements.

Architect will also help evaluate new technologies and tools to support continuous improvement of the organization’s technology stack.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience defining scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development, with the ability to provide technical guidance, review code, and support implementation across multiple technologies.
- Proficiency in Integration of systems and services, including APIs, data flows, and interoperability between platforms.
- Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
- Experience in leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and setting technical standards and best practices.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with product, UX, and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms, microservices, and distributed systems is highly beneficial.
- Prior experience in education, training, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
