Candidate is expected to perform following tasks without supervision.
Person has to be expert in Compression or Granulation or coating operation with in production (OSD) department.
To perform the manufacturing activity as per SOP
Operation, cleaning and maintaining of the manufacturing equipment instrument as per SOP.
calibration of the balances and other instrument
BMR and Logbook recording
To ensure the safety and hygiene during manufacturing process
Requirements
Knowledge of Operating One or More of following machines.
compression Machine - Korsh, Sejoing, Fette, Killian
Granulation Machine- Wuster Coater, Glatt
Coating Machine - Glatt, Ganson
Roll Compactor - Alexanderwerks, Fitzpattricks
