Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive BTL Marketing skilled to plan and execute on-ground marketing activities that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement for real estate and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as:
Site activations
Roadshows
Mall promotions
Corporate tie-ups
Events & exhibitions
Generate qualified leads through offline campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and event partners.
Identify and develop corporate partnerships for lead generation.
Organize and manage project launches and promotional events.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead conversion.




Track and report campaign performance and ROI.
Ensure proper branding and visibility at all activity locations.
Handle permissions and logistics for events and activations.
Maintain database of leads generated through BTL activities.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in BTL marketing (real estate preferred).
Strong experience in event management and on-ground activations.
Proven ability to generate leads through offline channels.
Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for events and activations.

Preferred Skills:
Solid networking and relationship-building skills.
Valuable communication and coordination abilities.
Creative thinking for creative on-ground campaigns.
Knowledge of Hyderabad market is an advantage.
