Role Description The Presales Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves working closely with sales teams and clients to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and design architectures that align with Conventus’ portfolio of networking and integrated solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing solution proposals, creating technical presentations and demos, responding to RFPs/RFQs, and supporting technical discussions and workshops with prospective customers.

The Presales Solutions

Architect collaborates with delivery and engineering teams to validate feasibility, estimate effort and costs, and ensure smooth handover from presales to implementation.



The role also includes staying current with industry trends and vendor technologies, contributing to best practices, and helping refine service offerings.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing secure, scalable, and resilient network and integrated solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to analyze client needs, map requirements to solutions, and articulate business value.
- Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills to understand application architectures, APIs, and system interoperability.
- Relevant experience with Data, Voice, Video, Security, and Wireless technologies, and familiarity with major networking vendors and platforms.
- Robust communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders and create clear documentation.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and project teams, and manage multiple presales engagements in parallel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications in networking or security are an advantage.
- Experience in presales or solution consulting within IT infrastructure, networking, or systems integration environments is highly beneficial.
