Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calls to identify potential customers and schedule site visits or sales meetings.
- Understand customer requirements through research, discussions, and need analysis.
- Manage the complete pre-sales process from lead generation to lead qualification.
- Present project details and real estate solutions effectively to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up.
- Create brand awareness by engaging with prospective customers across various channels.
- Assist the sales team in converting qualified leads into successful bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Follow up with prospective customers to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is mandatory.
