We are hiring an M&A; Lawyer (Senior Associate / Principal Associate) for one of our clients, a leading Tier 1 law firm. We are specifically seeking candidates with exposure to Japanese clients or experience working on Japan-related transactions. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, and general corporate advisory, along with the ability to independently manage deals and client relationships.

Responsibilities
Advise on domestic and cross-border M&A; transactions
Lead due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
Work closely with Japanese clients and stakeholders on investments into India




Provide general corporate and commercial advisory support
Coordinate with multi-jurisdictional teams and advisors
