Lead and manage all construction aspects of Clad and special features of a specific building.
Responsible for the business development strategies to achieve target in terms of creating specifications and sales conversion.
Ensuring to meet all big architect/PMC/facade Consultant/developer/
fabricator/government and related influencer in assigned location.
Identify current areas of commercial growth for the existing products and make recommendations for future product development
Co-ordinate with team for winning the projects and ensuring seamless execution
Managing the builder clients;
Engage with them in early stage and work as a solution provider. Build confidence, develop relationship for sustainable results.
Solid problem-solving skills, result orienteda.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
