Role Description The Pre Sales – Home Interiors role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their home interior needs, and presenting suitable design solutions and service offerings.

The Pre

Sales specialist will conduct consultations, prepare basic proposals and estimates, coordinate showroom or site visits, and ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to confirmed project. Day-to-day tasks include responding to leads, explaining design processes and timelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and collaborating closely with designers and project teams to align client expectations with deliverables. The role also includes supporting marketing and promotional activities, gathering client feedback,



and contributing to continuous improvement of the pre-sales experience.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills to clearly explain design concepts, processes, and value propositions to prospective clients.
- Customer service and client relationship skills to manage inquiries, provide a positive experience, and build trust throughout the pre-sales journey.
- Sales and sales management abilities to qualify leads, prepare offers, follow up on prospects, and support conversion targets.
- Training skills to guide clients through design options, product choices, and service features, and to support internal knowledge sharing.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, sales, or business development, preferably in interior design, architecture, real estate, or home improvement.
- Comfort working on-site with clients, designers, and vendors in a fast-paced setting in Bengaluru.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts, materials, and home furnishing solutions (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software; strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Relevant academic background in business, marketing, design, or a related field is an advantage.
