Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Sales Business Analyst role based in Jaipur. The Pre-Sales Business Analyst collaborates with the sales team to understand client requirements, analyze business processes, and map customer needs to Pericent’s BPM and DMS solutions. Daily responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, preparing and delivering product demonstrations, creating solution proposals, and supporting technical and functional discussions with prospective clients.

The role also involves conducting market and industry research, preparing pre-sales documentation such as presentations and use cases,



and working closely with product and implementation teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with product capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to understand client processes, identify gaps, and propose suitable BPM/DMS solutions.
- Business Analytics skills to interpret data, generate insights, and support value-driven solution recommendations.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation abilities.
- Sales and pre-sales experience, with the ability to collaborate with sales teams, support deal pursuits, and articulate solution benefits to prospects.
- Familiarity with enterprise software, especially BPM, DMS, or workflow automation tools, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to create functional documentation, solution outlines, and use-case scenarios tailored to different industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in Business Analysis or Analytics are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working on-site in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.
