As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with learners to understand their goals and guide them toward the right programs. You will own the journey from the first conversation to final enrollment, ensuring clarity, trust, and a strong learner experience throughout.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Manage end-to-end learner conversations, from the first touchpoint to enrollment.
- Understand learner goals and guide them with clarity and empathy.
- Handle follow-ups, objections, and decision-making support.
- Maintain quality and consistency across all learner interactions.
- Accurately document conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.




- Build relationships through calls, events, and networking opportunities.

- Reduce drop-offs caused by confusion or lack of clarity.
- Build trust in a high-volume, fast-moving sales workplace.
