Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, encompassing responsibilities as a Pre-Primary Co-Teacher, Special Educator, and Grade 2 Homeroom Teacher (HRT) with a focus on social and emotional development. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, supporting differentiated learning needs, and collaborating with lead teachers to implement engaging classroom activities. The role involves identifying and supporting learners with diverse needs, developing individualized strategies in coordination with parents and the school team,



and maintaining accurate records of learner progress.

The educator will facilitate social skills development, classroom routines, and positive behavior, while participating in school events, meetings, and professional development sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education, with experience in early childhood and primary grades.
- Skills in Curriculum Development and Education, including creating age-appropriate lesson plans and learning materials.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to engage learners, collaborate with colleagues, and partner with families.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Education, Special Education, or a related field; formal training in CBSE or IB curriculum is an advantage.
- Experience working as a co-teacher or homeroom teacher, and supporting learners with diverse learning needs.
- Ability to create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that supports social and emotional growth.
- Solid organizational skills, adaptability, and willingness to participate in school-wide activities and ongoing professional development.
