Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role located in Mumbai for a PR & Sourcing Intern. The intern will assist in drafting press releases, managing public relations activities, building and maintaining media relations, and supporting strategic communications initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will also include collaborating with stylist, executing sourcing request, and contributing to the brand's overall PR and sourcing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily with stylists for outfit requests




- Maintain timely follow-ups on confirmations, dispatch, and returns
- Build and nurture relationships with stylists and industry contacts
- Track all sourcing activities and update internal sheets regularly
- Coordinate dispatch of outfits for shoots, appearances, and features
- Follow up to ensure proper brand tagging and visibility
- Ensure timely returns and garment condition checks
- Research current fashion, celebrity, and editorial trends
- Identify relevant opportunities for placements and features
- Assist in curating PR pitches tailored to editors and stylists
- Support in preparing pitch decks and brand notes when required

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Press Releases and Public Relations
- Strong Communication and Media Relations skills
- Familiarity with Strategic Communications practices
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt within a team-oriented environment
- Enthusiasm for fashion, along with a commitment to sustainability and ethical practices
