We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Teacher to join our educational team.

The ideal candidate should be Montessori-trained with 1–5 years of teaching experience and possess a strong understanding of child-centered learning methodologies. The teacher will be responsible for creating a nurturing, engaging, and development-focused classroom workplace that supports the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical growth of children.

Requirements

 Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities and lesson plans.

 Create a secure, positive, and stimulating classroom environment.

 Guide children in developing independence, creativity, and critical thinking skills.

 Observe and assess student progress and maintain appropriate records.

 Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interaction.

 Maintain classroom discipline using Montessori principles and positive reinforcement.

 Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.

 Prepare and organize Montessori learning materials and classroom resources.





 Collaborate with school staff and participate in school events, meetings, and training sessions.

 Ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained in the classroom.
