Job Summary

The Resident Nurse will provide continuous medical care, health monitoring, and emotional support to residents at the destitute home. The role involves staying on-site and ensuring the overall well-being, hygiene, and comfort of all residents through compassionate and professional nursing care.

Key Responsibilities
Provide basic nursing care, administer medications, and monitor residents’ health conditions.
Assist in daily activities such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility support.
Maintain medical records and report any changes in health status to the concerned doctor or supervisor.
Support residents with empathy and dignity,



ensuring a protected and caring workplace.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals for medical check-ups and emergencies.
Maintain cleanliness and infection control in the nursing and residential areas.
Offer first aid and manage minor illnesses or injuries promptly.
