Key Roles and Responsibilities
Organising and monitoring storage and distribution of goods at multiple warehouses
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse,



transportation, and customer services
Directing, optimising, and coordinating full order cycle
Liaising and negotiating with customers, transporters and other parties
Working responsibly for the overall supply chain management
Act as a liaison between the client and onsite warehouse team to ensure smooth operations
Provide timely support and solutions to client queries and requests
Coordinate daily activities and updates with internal teams and stakeholders
Assist in the documentation and reporting related to warehousing functions
Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism in all interactions

Requirements

Skills Required:
Soft skills and excellent communication
Knowledge of Logistics and the Warehousing industry
MS Excel & MS Word Professional Level
Laptop

Mandatory
Language skills: Hindi (Mandatory) & English (Other Languages would be an added advantage)

Qualification: experience in Warehouse and Supply Chain.
