- Optimize data models for performance and efficiency. 3. Data Visualization: - Develop visually compelling and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Choose appropriate visualizations to effectively communicate insights. 4. DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) Coding: - Write complex DAX formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and calculated tables.
- Perform data analysis and manipulation using DAX functions. 5. Data Integration: - Integrate Power BI with various data sources, databases, and other data platforms.
- Implement data refresh and ensure up-to-date information in Power BI reports. 6. Data Cleansing and Transformation: - Cleanse and transform data as needed for reporting purposes.
- Handle data cleansing, normalization, and enrichment to ensure data quality. 7. Power Query Development: - Utilize Power Query to shape and transform data before loading it into Power BI.
