We are looking for a highly analytical, communication-oriented, and documentation-focused Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who can independently drive client discussions, translate business requirements into actionable deliverables, and effectively leverage AI tools to improve delivery efficiency and solution quality.

Roles &

Responsibilities Conduct detailed client requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements Prepare high-quality documentation including: BRDs / FRDs User stories Workflow diagrams Process flows Use cases Functional specifications Meeting notes and action trackers Work closely with clients, developers, QA teams, architects, and project managers to ensure requirement clarity and execution alignment Drive effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to minimize requirement gaps and ambiguities Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization,



automation, and AI driven improvements

1 Create and maintain detailed documentation for system enhancements, integrations, workflows, and operational processes Participate in solution discussions and support implementation planning and functional walkthroughs Support Agile delivery processes including: Backlog grooming Sprint planning Requirement walkthroughs UAT coordination Ensure timely follow-up and closure of requirement clarifications, dependencies, and action items Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms to improve: Documentation quality Requirement analysis Workflow generation Productivity and research efficiency Assist in preparation of client presentations, demos, and business process documentation Coordinate with QA teams during testing and validation to ensure implemented solutions align with business expectations Support project/program tracking activities including timelines, deliverables, and coordination across workstreams Required Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Systems Analysis / Business Analysis within IT or technology-driven environments Strong experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder communication, and business process analysis Proven expertise in creating high-quality documentation including: BRDs / FRDs User stories Workflow diagrams Functional specifications Process documentation Hands-on exposure to AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,



or similar AI productivity tools Experience working on AI implementation projects, AI-enabled platforms, or automation-driven initiatives is preferred Experience working on Healthcare / Healthcare Technology projects is highly preferred Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate and improve business workflows and IT systems Ability to effectively communicate business and technical requirements to cross-functional stakeholders and development teams Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to independently manage client-facing discussions Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile delivery environments

2 Familiarity with relevant business analysis tools, collaboration platforms, and documentation standards Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Prior experience in IT consulting, SaaS platforms, AI products, or enterprise technology solutions is a plus Preferred Skills Exposure to SaaS, AI-enabled platforms, cloud-based applications, or enterprise systems Understanding of APIs, integrations, and workflow automation concepts Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile collaboration tools Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams efficiently Strong organizational and coordination skills What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is extremely strong in documentation and requirement articulation Can independently interact with clients and conduct requirement workshops Is proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Has strong communication and analytical thinking skills Can leverage AI tools effectively to improve delivery quality and productivity Works well in fast-paced Agile delivery environments
