- 5+ years of handson experience in Playwright using JavaScript / TypeScript / Python
- Strong understanding of contemporary web architectures (SPA, microfrontends, REST APIs)
- Proven expertise in designing scalable, maintainable automation frameworks from scratch
- Handson experience with Playwright features such as autowaits, browser contexts, network interception, parallel execution, and headless testing
- Experience testing contemporary UI frameworks (React, Angular, Vue)
- Strong experience integrating automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Experience in API testing and validation alongside UI automation
- Ability to diagnose and eliminate flaky tests, stability issues, and environmentspecific failures




- Solid understanding of code quality, design patterns, and testability
- Experience working in Agile / DevOps environments
- Ability to mentor junior automation engineers and perform code reviews
- Define and own automation strategy for web applications using Playwright
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Playwright automation frameworks
- Implement reliable automated regression, smoke, and sanity test suites
- Enable parallel execution and crossbrowser coverage
- Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
- Analyze failures, debug root causes, and improve overall test reliability
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams
- Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentoring to teams
