1. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to own the technology partnership for our manufacturing quality and product lifecycle landscape. The role will partner closely with Business Heads, Functional Heads, Product Development, Packaging, Quality, Procurement, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Digital and IT leadership teams to deliver fit-for-purpose, scalable, secure and value-driven digital solutions. The incumbent will manage the current application stack, lead business transformation programs, govern vendors and support teams, drive adoption and value realization, and identify opportunities for AI, GenAI, automation, analytics and platform modernization.

One of the key role of the resource is to act as the bridge between Business/Functional teams and IT, driving the adoption, enhancement and value realisation of tech deployment specially for Dassault Systems platforms — DELMIA Apriso for the Quality Management System (QMS) and ENOVIA for the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.

2. Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Business and Functional teams (Quality, R&D;, NPD, Manufacturing) to understand objectives, pain points and priorities.
- Engage with business for opportunity identification, scoping, prioritisation and demand shaping, converting requirements into feasible IT solution options.
- Communicate timelines, change requests,



delivery status and business advantages clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Platform Ownership – Apriso (QMS) & ENOVIA (PLM)

- Own end-to-end delivery and support for DELMIA Apriso QMS — specification management, deviation and CAPA tracking, quality KPIs, dashboards and traceability.
- Drive the ENOVIA PLM landscape — collaborative workspace, RM/PM specifications, recipe/BOM management, workflow and project management for the NPD process.
- Manage requirement gathering, functional/technical specifications, As-Is vs To-Be process flows, solution design and best-fit architecture.
- Drive adoption and value realisation of the IT/Digital stack; monitor usage and business benefits.

Delivery, Vendor & Program Management

- Manage end-to-end delivery — design, build, testing, rollout, user training and post-go-live support (PGLS).
- Engage and review vendor/OEM (e.g., Dassault Systemes, ITC Infotech) deliverables for quality, cost and timeline adherence, taking corrective action as needed.
- Own program timelines and proactively manage, mitigate risks and resolve conflicts.

Governance, Security & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with IM Policy, audit framework and data privacy / security guidelines across the application landscape.
- Manage pre- and post-implementation audit processes and lead change management.
- Apply basic IT security compliance practices for hosting, access management and deployment.

Required Skills & Competencies Domain & Platform Expertise

- Dassault Systemes platforms: Hands-on experience with DELMIA Apriso (Quality/MES) and/or ENOVIA (PLM) implementation, configuration and support.
- Manufacturing / Quality processes: Understanding of QMS, PLM, NPD, specification management, CAPA, BOM/recipe and traceability.

Technical Skills

- Database concepts: Sound understanding of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, MS SQL), data models, queries and integrity.
- Integrations: Working knowledge of API-based integrations between enterprise applications (e.g., ERP/SAP, BI tools).
- Security & compliance: Basic IT security, access control and hosting (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) guidelines.
- Reporting: Familiarity with dashboarding / BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc

Business & Behavioural Skills

- Business process understanding: Ability to interpret business processes and interact effectively with Business and Functional teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Ways of working: Comfortable operating in an Agile, cross-functional environment; strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.

4. Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
- MBA / PG specialisation in IT, Systems or Operations will be an added advantage.
- 8–14 years of relevant IT / Digital experience, including delivery of enterprise manufacturing / quality / PLM applications.
- Prior experience of partnering business teams and managing vendor-led implementations is desirable.

5. Good to Have

- Exposure to F&B; / FMCG or process manufacturing environments.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project) and Agile delivery.

Understanding of cloud hosting (AWS / Azure).
