Work closely with HO HR for the HR Strategy, HR policies, and HR Operations in
plant
Employees Grievance Handling, Labour Welfare and labour Relations
Statutory compliance about attendance, payroll, Leave management, Provident
Fund, ESIC, and disputes settlements
This position will incorporate knowledge of state and central employment laws to address requests from government affiliates.
Employee management: Health & Safety, Employees Grievance, Salary/Attendance, Leave records, Employee Welfare Activity
Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee engagement, Performance
management, IR/ labour relations, statutory compliances
Create an excellent work setting and compliance with labour regulations.
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Monitoring recent employees' onboarding, induction, and confirmation Processes
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Review the monthly MIS & align strategy with the management

Requirements

Excellent Communication (Written and Verbal) skills.

Knowledge of local language
