Reporting to Plant Head you will be responsible for jointly running the plant operations efficiently, meeting production targets, and quality targets, and managing section supervisors.

Must have experience in managing production and planning in an engineering company having ISO and IAFT Certifications.
Coordinate with all the section heads daily and check if they are manufacturing as per ERP
Production Planning-ensuring Raw material is available for production
Meeting production schedules to ensure Customer deliveries in time as per agreed SLAs
Ensuring products meet quality standards
Managing output of section supervisors daily
Coordinate with plant head in developing current products/ fixtures/ machines.
Coordinate with Merchandising team in sample development




Industrial engineering- Finding opportunities to increase the utility of machines/ manpower/ & process improvement

Functional Skills Required
Sheet metal industry exposure

Machine knowledge e.g laser /punching/ press break/welding Robo / pipe bending/ buffing etc

Costing knowledge/ per pc calculation knowledge/ OEE and utilization calculation required

Exposure to CNC Machine operation

Exposure to Powder coating operation will be an advantage

Having worked in ERP Workplace will be an advantage
