Knowledge & Skills Required
Excellent leadership and analytical skills.
Robust expertise in project management methodologies and tools
In-depth understanding of project planning, execution, and closure phases
Sound financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
Knowledge of quality management systems and standards
Vendor and contract management experience
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to manage large, diverse teams and resolve conflicts
Familiarity with procurement processes related to projects
Mandatory- Experience in brown field & interior fitouts projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning




Ensure delivery of 3D plans and BOQ within the set timelines keeping the client's requirements in mind to ensure closure of agreement keeping to ensure the handover date.
Determine optimum method of operations to achieve required finished product efficiently.
Create a project plan and share with all stakeholders specifying deliverables and Timelines
Handover details regarding material etc required for the project to Procurement at BOQ stage
