About the Role

Aimore Technologies is looking for an energetic, confident, and passionate Personality & Soft Skills Trainer to help students become more confident, professional, and industry-ready.

The trainer will conduct engaging sessions on personality development, communication, confidence building, interview preparation, workplace behaviour, and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive soft-skills and personality development training sessions.
- Train students on:

1. Communication & Spoken English
2. Confidence Building
3. Body Language & Grooming
4. Presentation & Public Speaking
5. Interpersonal Skills
6. Teamwork & Leadership
7. Time Management
8. Workplace Etiquette
9. Emotional Intelligence
10. Stress Management
11. Interview Skills
12. Group Discussion

- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, presentations, group discussions, and practical activities.
- Help students improve their confidence, communication, attitude, and professional behaviour.
- Provide individual feedback and mentoring.
- Identify students' skill gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
- Prepare training materials, activities, assessments, and practice exercises.
- Track student participation and improvement.
- Coordinate with the Academic and Placement teams to improve student employability.
- Conduct career-readiness and interview-preparation sessions.




- Maintain a positive, energetic, and motivating classroom environment.

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Communication, Employability, or Corporate Training.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, English, HR, Management, Education, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation, public-speaking, and facilitation skills.
- Confident in handling groups of students.
- Experience in activity-based and practical training.
- Strong mentoring and motivational skills.
- Experience in mock interviews and placement training is an added advantage.
- Tamil & English communication skills preferred.
