You'll own paid media campaigns across multiple clients and platforms — from strategy and setup through to optimisation and reporting.

— Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube — across multiple client accounts simultaneously.

— Make budgets work harder Efficient spend management, smart bidding strategies, and constant optimisation to maximise ROI and ROAS.

— Run A/B tests that actually change decisions Not testing for the sake of it — testing to learn and improve.

— Set up tracking that tells the real story Pixels, conversion events, GA4, Tag Manager — you don't rely on platform-reported numbers alone.

— Turn data into direction Analyse campaign performance and present clear, actionable recommendations — not just charts.

— Collaborate with creative and content teams Brief them on what's working, what the audience is responding to, and what needs to change.

— Build and present performance reports To internal stakeholders and directly to clients — clearly, confidently, and honestly.

YOUR TOOLKIT

Must have: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio. Preferred: LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, SEO fundamentals, CRO principles. Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

— 3–6 years in performance marketing or paid media

— Proven experience managing significant monthly ad budgets across multiple platforms

— Experience in a digital marketing agency is highly preferred

— Robust understanding of lead generation, e-commerce, and performance marketing best practices

— Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills

— Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

— A degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
