We’re a US-based, category-defining martech company building at the intersection of AI, data and performance marketing.

We’re now building our founding marketing team in India and looking for people who want to do more than operate campaigns, people who want to help build the growth engine from the ground up.

What we're looking for?

- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Robust expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads




- Experience managing meaningful budgets and scaling campaigns against clear business outcomes
- Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, attribution, experimentation and performance measurement
- An AI-first mindset — you actively use AI in your day-to-day work and are excited about what it can unlock
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an environment where there is no established playbook
- High ownership, curiosity and bias toward experimentation
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally

Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)

Working Hours: Flexible, with overlap across US time zones
