Key Responsibility Area

- Develop and own the end-to-end performance marketing strategy for the D2C business across the website, eCommerce platforms, and marketplaces.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) to drive quality traffic and sales.
- Drive key performance metrics — ROAS, ROI, and CAC — through continuous campaign monitoring, testing, and budget optimization.
- Design and implement AOV-growth strategies, including bundling, upsells, cross-sells, and cart-level incentives.




- Lead Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives through structured A/B testing and data-driven improvements across landing pages, PDPs, and checkout.
- Build and manage customer retention and lifecycle marketing programs, including email and messaging automation, to improve repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value.
- Leverage GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools to track, measure, and report performance across all digital channels.
- Identify and scale recent growth channels and opportunities to expand acquisition beyond core paid media.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (design, product, tech) to enhance the marketing funnel and overall customer experience.
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to leadership.
