We're looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, preferably for e-commerce/D2C brands.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and Meta campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
- Set up and manage tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.




- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad performance.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of performance marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns for e-commerce/D2C brands.
- Good understanding of GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
- Robust analytical and communication skills.
- Agency experience is a plus.
