About The Role As a Performance Marketing Executive at MavnixIT, you will own the day-to-day running of paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads for our brand and our clients. You will build campaigns, manage live budgets, test creatives and audiences, and report on what is working with numbers rather than adjectives. This is a hands-on execution role in a fully remote setup based out of Nagpur/Wardha, with site visits only if a project requires it.

What You'll Do

- Plan, build, and launch campaigns across Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube).
- Own daily budget pacing, bid strategies, and spend monitoring across multiple accounts.
- Set up and QA conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
- Run structured A/B tests on creatives, hooks, audiences, and landing pages; write ad copy and brief the design team.
- Build and maintain custom audiences, lookalikes, remarketing lists, and negative keyword sets.




- Produce weekly and monthly reports covering spend, CTR, CPC, CPL/CPA, and ROAS, with clear recommendations for the next cycle.
- Partner with sales and web teams on landing page CRO and lead quality feedback loops.

What We're Looking For
- 6 months to 2 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on both Meta and Google Ads.
- Demonstrable experience managing live ad budgets — be ready to talk numbers.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Robust Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, lookups, reporting); Looker Studio is a plus.
- Clear understanding of CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and frequency, and what actually moves them.
- Google Ads certification or Meta Blueprint is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Self-directed and reliable in a fully remote setup, with willingness to travel for occasional site visits when required.
