The Role We're hiring a Performance Marketer to drive growth for Kelleys Kelle. You'll plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, and beyond) — turning ad spend into sales and brand awareness. This is a full-time, on-site role in Kozhikode.

What you'll do

- Manage paid ad campaigns end-to-end — setup, testing, scaling
- Track performance and optimize for ROI and CAC
- Run audience segmentation and A/B tests
- Build dashboards and campaign reports
- Work closely with creative and product teams to keep messaging on-brand
- Stay sharp on performance marketing trends and platform updates

What we're looking for

- Solid experience with paid social and search advertising
- Comfortable with analytics tools and reading data to make decisions
- Understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and audience targeting
- Positive communicator — can explain numbers simply
- Organized, can juggle multiple campaigns at once
- Bonus: interest in fashion/lifestyle brands, or experience in the space
