We're looking for a Paid Media Executive who is curious about numbers, obsessed with performance and enjoys figuring out why something is working—or isn't.

About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, analytical and ambitious individual who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems and figuring things out.

You may have some experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads or performance marketing, but we are NOT looking for a traditional paid-media specialist.

We are looking for someone with strong aptitude, analytical thinking and learning ability who can start by working closely with our performance marketing function and, over time, potentially grow into owning the 360° digital growth of healthcare clients.

Your starting point may be paid marketing.

Your long-term opportunity could be much bigger.

What You'll Do

- Work closely with the performance marketing team to manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign data, budgets and performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyse numbers, identify patterns and turn data into actionable insights.
- Help understand why a campaign, channel or client account is performing differently from expectations.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Google Sheets / Excel and other analytics tools.
- Work with internal teams across website, SEO,



content, design and technology to execute client requirements.
- Coordinate and track digital marketing activities across multiple client accounts.
- Understand the broader digital funnel—from discovery → website → enquiry → appointment → patient.
- Participate in client discussions and gradually take greater ownership of client communication.
- Identify gaps, follow up with the right teams and ensure that things actually get done.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve analysis, execution and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- 0–3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, analytics, business operations, consulting, client servicing or a similar analytical role.
- Some hands-on exposure to Google Ads and/or Meta Ads is strongly preferred.
- Strong numerical ability and aptitude.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards and large amounts of data.
- Strong problem-solving ability—you enjoy breaking a messy problem into smaller, solvable pieces.
- A curious mind that naturally asks “Why?”
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach.
