Job Role - Purchase Executive

Location: Thane, Wagle estate

NP - Immediate Joiner or 15days

Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end procurement of materials related to electrical panels, switchgears, and electrical components.
Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors; negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement as per project and production requirements.
Coordinate with production, design, and quality teams to ensure material specifications and standards are met.
Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock and ensure cost optimization.

Key Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in purchase/procurement within the electrical panels.
Solid knowledge of electrical components, vendors, and market pricing.
Valuable negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in project-based procurement.
Ability to handle multiple vendors and urgent procurement requirements.
Exposure to cost control and budgeting
